Jawed - Property Encroachment

Jawed had a property in one of the suburban area of Sindh. He had his property encroached by the feudal landlords of that area.

He approached us and provided all the details. We initiated the process by submitting the appeal to the court setting out his case. Our lawyers presented the case in a very effective manner gathering all the details and getting them verified by the union council.

Eventually after a few court hearings, the final verdict was called in our favor and Jawed was given the possession of his property within a month.
