Free Insaaf is a landmark initiative under the umbrella of SEDAxact.

Socio Economic Development Axact or SED Axact is a self reliant and self sustaining organization that has been working dynamically for Axact’s Plan 2019, whereby Axact contributes 65% of its revenues to SED Axact aiming to ensure that the sectors of Healthcare, Education, Food & Shelter and Judicial Assistance are affordable and accessible to all in Pakistan by the year 2019.

Under the umbrella of SED Axact, Judicial Assistance will be made accessible and affordable to all in Pakistan, by year 2019.

To broaden the reach of Judicial Assistance, Free Insaaf has already been launched. Free Insaaf is a 100% funded project of SED Axact, to ensure that justice is affordable and accessible to all. This initiative has been undertaken to make justice accessible to the common man and speed up the legal process through automation.

On Free Insaaf’s panel each lawyer has their own portal, enabling them to access database of any registered user, and tackle any matter of up to Rs. 300,000.

An individual will be able to get their case resolved without even having to visit the court once. The integrated systems and hardware will fully automate the judicial process, and ensure a swift and speedy justice in Pakistan.
